Can we bring our dog?

Yes. Lones Branch Lodge is pet-friendly, with a grass backyard area for the dog; the pet fee is set on the booking page. About a third of our guests bring one.

How do we book?

Through Cabins For You, the cabin's local management company — they handle booking, check-in codes, cleaning and any help you need during your stay. Every "Check dates" button on this page goes to the live calendar.

Is there a minimum stay?

It varies by season and shows on the booking page once you pick dates. Most guests stay three or four nights, arriving Thursday or Friday.

What's the drive like, and is there parking for everyone?

Flat paved roads to a short, somewhat steep gravel driveway with room for four vehicles — “easy to maneuver with all the cars,” as one guest put it. Five steps up to the porch. Pigeon Forge is about 15 minutes door to door.

Is it quiet?

Yes. The cabin sits on three wooded acres off the main roads — guests describe it as “not on the beaten path” and “peaceful in the morning and evening,” while still being minutes from the Parkway and Dollywood.

Will we see bears?

Maybe — this is the Smokies, and a few guests have watched one from inside the cabin. Keep food and trash inside, keep dogs leashed, and enjoy it through the window.

What should we bring?

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and a griddle; bring your own groceries, cooking spray and spices. Towels and linens are provided, with a washer and dryer for longer stays.
